ABOUT

Due to the recent events of the COVID-19 pandemic and many other stressors in our society, students are faced with an added layer of stress and anxiety. The purpose of this workshop was to help reduce this anxiety and create a safe environment for students to express themselves through art. Through a variety of activities, students developed a better understanding of how art can be used as a therapeutic intervention and learned a variety of ways to help reduce their stress levels and express their emotions in a healthy and productive way.
